Brad's real estate experience started with single family home rentals in 2009 and switched over to apartment buildings in 2015. Before real estate investing, Brad worked in the automotive field as a program manager and engineering manager. Brad's engineering background helps him evaluate complicated financial spreadsheets and prevent problems before they happen.
